  1. May Simpkin’s workshop was utterly brilliant! May is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced nutritionist who knows how to prepare and cook the most delicious food which is nutritionally balanced and will work wonders for ones health and well-being. May multi-tasked brilliantly – as she prepared a wide variety of food, which we got to eat(!), she explained clearly, in simple language without too much jargon, the benefits to one’s hormones. As someone who is a bit of a ‘foodie’, I came away from the three-hour workshop armed with lots of great tips. And in fact, I have booked May to come to my home and speak to my children and husband about the importance of eating well balanced nutritious food. Thank you May and also thank you Debbie and Emma for organising such a fantastic informative and delicious evening! Best wishes, Anita X

  3. What a superbly informative evening – thank you for sharing so much vital nutrition information with us as well as some of your delicious recipes. I treated my family to the ‘kale crisps’ over the weekend and they went down an absolute storm which was a real breakthrough! I feel really inspired to give more thought to the nutritional value of the food I cook for myself and my family, thanks again so much

  4. I loved this nutrition workshop.
It was a great mix of education (I learned so much more about vegetables and spices), practical demonstration, healthy eating tips and best of all, delicious, tasty food!
I’ve printed out all the recipes and can’t wait to make (and eat) the dishes.
Many thanks for a superb evening.
