Ourbread is a microbakery in East Sheen run by Julia Farkas producing hand made artisan bread to order and teaching the art of baking in small classes in her kitchen.

“I produce healthy home baked bread to order: tasty wholesome sourdoughs, many with unusual flavour combinations, such as beetroot and fennel sourdough, chocolate and currant bread or walnut cob. All bread is baked with passion with the best quality organic flour from local mills.  I use no additives, and slow fermentation methods mean better nutrition and great flavour.

Available to order for delivery straight from the oven to your door or collection from my kitchen.

If you fancy learning how to make your own delicious bread and how easily you can fit breadmaking into your busy life or to understand  the process of making sourdough, join me in my small hands-on classes. These are held in my kitchen in East Sheen. We will have a fun day of producing a range of different breads, chatting about the process, the health benefits and having delicious home made lunch together. You will get to take all the bread you bake home with you as well as the recipes, so they can easily be replicated in your kitchen.”

Quote from Tripadvisor: Breadangels London

“I was bought this as a Christmas present – I’ve made bread but really could only make a plain white loaf. I wanted to learn to make different types of bread especially Sourdough. Juli is great – she explains everything simply and easily and works alongside you so you can learn her technique. I’d read a lot of complicated sourdough recipes and juli explained it in minutes and totally de mystified all the over complicated stuff people come out with. In total I made 5 types of bread. I left with my bread but also really clear recipes and lots of tips for blog sites equipment and books etc During the class you get a fab lunch where you can try Juli’s bread – an excellent fun and rewarding day”
