Working alongside you as your thought partner :

  • My clients include business owners, managers, team leaders, and individuals. I work alongside them as their thought partner encouraging them to open their minds to new ideas and fresh ways of thinking.
  • Whatever’s holding you back or getting in the way of your progress, the answer lies within you. My role as a coach is to listen without judgement and to help you uncover it.
  • We all have strengths and skills but we often lose sight of them, focusing instead on our weaknesses – is it any wonder we often end up lost, stressed, and worried?
  • Together we’ll create the space and time for you to think, and with me as your thought partner, you’ll be able to step outside of what might be limiting you from achieving your goals and dreams.
  • Through Mindfulness leadership coaching, you’ll become more self-aware, so you’ll begin to recognise your strengths and that includes your vulnerability.
  • You’ll discover how to embrace it and become more stable and resilient in our ever-changing, fast-paced world.

Mindfulness and me  

  • I’ve learned my leadership and mindfulness skills through my on-going coaching training, and more importantly through my life experience.
  • The challenges and growth spurts that life has thrown into my path have made me realise how vulnerability, and accepting what is, are essential building blocks towards being a sustainable and authentic leader.
  • I share Mindfulness as an ART:

A – Awareness of what you hold.

R – Realisation of what that’s doing to you.

T – Transformation through techniques and practice.

  • You’ll easily be able to fit the techniques I teach you into your daily schedule – no matter how busy you are.
  • When you focus your mind, you’ll think more creatively and be more open to change. And even the smallest of changes can create a huge, positive impact.

What is Mindfulness?

“Mindfulness means paying attention, in a particular way, on purpose in the present moment, non-judgmentally”. Jon Kabat-Zinn 

Mindfulness is about creating calm, clarity, and thinking space every day through self awareness and breathing techniques. It’s a perfect antidote to our busy full lives, which can leave us stressed, tired and angry. Practised daily, even for a few minutes, Mindfulness can change our thinking and perspective  so we begin to move away from things that are holding us back.

About Kish:

Kish is a qualified professional coach and workshop facilitator, and an exponent of Mindfulness in everyday life. Kish has a great sense of fun and adventure.

She was the pioneer of home working for British Telecom in 1988 and has even tried her hand at stand-up comedy to take herself out of her comfort zone!

She brings these qualities, together with warmth, and appreciation of diversity, to her coaching practice.
