Interior Design Workshop

Ideal for people who would like to make more of their home, the DecorCafe Interior Design Workshop takes a new approach, inspiring and helping you to make more of your home to suit your style.

At this one day workshop you will consider the interior of your home as a whole and one room in more detail. This fun but hard working session is a great way to kick-start the interior design of your home.  You will build your skills and learn how to review and improve the look and feel of your home.

By the end of the day you will have built your skills and confidence to make more of your home, discovered useful sources and resources, shared ideas with like-minded people and developed your own.

  • Create an authentic French country look using Autentico chalk paint
  • Choose furniture to paint and other preparation tips.
  • Choose & match colours, tips and tricks of dealing with stains.
  • Distressing – subtle wear and tear vs. total destruction.
  • Waxing – learn how to use clear and dark wax to age furniture

You will learn: how to analyse, improve and style your garden and build your skills and confidence to make more of your garden and restyle it to suit your taste. You will also enjoy sharing ideas and discovering sources for what you need.

Christmas Wreath Workshop

At this Christmas Wreath Making Workshop you will create your own original beautiful Christmas Wreath, based on the design pictured above whilst also allowing for personal interpretation. The wreaths will be made and filled with fresh ingredients of the highest quality. You will also learn the skills you need to know to create your own beautiful bespoke wreath time after time.

You will have the opportunity to learn from expert florist, Helen Edward’s skills and expertise. An excellent tutor she will demonstrate all the techniques before you begin and be on hand to guide you throughout.

Juli Farkas, of East Sheen Microbakery, Our Bread, runs small friendly bread making classes in her kitchen.

You will have fun baking some white or wholemeal loaves, a rye bread, rolls, sodabread and focaccia to take home, and sample the fresh bread over a meal and have a chance to chat.

A detailed set of notes are provided, so that you can get great results at home straight away.
