The Little Book of Colour is the first of its kind to illuminate the science, psychology, and emotional significance of colour together with practical tools, tips and exercises to help you rediscover meaning in everything you do through the joy of colour.
Launching August 2019. It has already been translated into 11 languages.

Karen Haller is an internationally renowned Applied Colour Psychology practitioner, consultant, mentor and trainer, helping industry professionals across the globe to transform their businesses through applying colour & design psychology. Karen advises interior designers and homeowners, on and off-line, how they can best embrace the love of colour, reclaim personal colour confidence and express their personality through the use of colour to create a home they love and that enhances positive, support behaviours and well-being.
MARIANNE SHILLINGFORD
Marianne Shillingford is the Creative Director of Dulux. With over 30 years of experience as a colour expert she brings a refreshingly practical, fun and unpretentious approach to the world of interior design. On the Evening Standard Progress 1000 list of design influencers, founder of the Colour in Design Awards and all round Colour Champion. In her own words “one happy woman” whose life is infused with every hue of the spectrum.

The Decorcafe Christmas Festival at Strawberry Hill House: will be a wonderful day out. A fabulous mix of talks, demos and the opportunity to shop for original Christmas gifts, all set in the stunning venue of Horace Walpole’s Gothic Castle Strawberry Hill House.
New this year, in partnership with Richmond Literature Festival, we are delighted to include ticketed author talks. in the Great Parlour, with the opportunity to enjoy a 45 minute talk, including questions, plus time to meet the author.
TIMING: The Christmas Festival is open between 10am and 4pm. “The Little Book of Colour” author talk with Karen Haller will begin in the Great Parlour at 12.30
TICKETS: £15 and include full entry to Strawberry Hill House and the beautiful Waldegrave Suite in St Mary’s University and all aspects of the Christmas Festival.
TRAVEL: Free Parking on Sundays and easily accessible by train and bus. Strawberry Hill House is a 7 minute walk from Strawberry Hill Station.
