About Home Review
Home Review was founded in 2016 by Susanna Drew to provide a practical service to home owners who would like to maximise the potential of their home for themselves, rental or sale. Susanna is hands-on in her approach supporting her clients to achieve their aspirations, whether it is decuttering and reorganising just one room or staging an entire property for sale.
You may just want to maximise your existing space or if you are moving to a new home Susanna will help with everything to make the transition much easier for you. You just need to tell her what you would like her to do and she will prepare a tailored proposal for you. She can help you with decluttering, deciding what to keep and what to leave and what to sell or give to charity. This may include shredding confidential material, organising rubbish collection using companies whose ethos is to 100% recycle wherever possible, taking items to charity shops and organising charity collection of large furniture books etc.
On arrival at your new home she will help with the unpacking and organising, sourcing of furniture, furnishings and accessories, decorating ideas, finding and suppliers the best tradespeople as required.
If a property is not selling or getting many viewings, the market is stagnant or there are too many similar beautifully presented properties on the market, Susanna can help you to restyle it before you consider dropping the price. Similarly, she will help “stage” a property rather than leave it empty to achieve a quicker rental or sale.
