About Malone Architecture

Keith Malone set up his architectural practice in Wimbledon Village ten years ago after building a career largely based in the commercial sector, building offices and shops. With extensive experience running full service teams in large firms, he found his passion was for creating and transforming residential properties. Since then, he has built strong relationships with local developers, agents and construction companies whilst helping his clients realise their vision of stunning spaces in which to live and work.

We Love Malone Architecture Because…

Keith believes the most important part of the design process is his first consultation with a client. He prizes the client relationship above all else, is a great listener and is quick to identify any issues which need addressing and take on board any ideas the client may have. Equally at home with a blank canvas as with a detailed brief, Keith is part of the new generation of architects who loves to think laterally and is excited by the possibility of creative design solutions. A family man who has built his own house here in South West London, he understands both the practical and aesthetic challenges of building or renovating a home, as well as any budgetary restraints.

More About Malone Architecture

Malone Architecture is a full service practice offering support through every stage of a project from planning to project management, and including detailed drawings. They like to produce hand-drawn perspectives, such as the one above (by Liam Wales), to give clients a real idea of what they can expect from a design. They focus on residential projects in South West London but their flexibility has meant their expertise is frequently deployed in other contexts, such as local schools, and other locations, often in Keith’s native Scotland. Keith works regularly with individual construction firms locally but is equally happy to work with a client’s own contractor and he also collaborates with interior designers to great effect.

Malone Architecture prides itself on producing high-quality bespoke buildings which enhance the environment, both sustainably and visually. In the past decade, they have extended and refurbished numerous houses and designed twelve new-build houses and received an award from LABC for their Technical Design for a 6-bedroom, Code 4 Sustainable, Lifetime Home on the Drax Estate in West Wimbledon.
