Kelly also offers one-on-one cooking lessons, guidance in getting your kitchen and pantry set up and where to buy the best kitchen tools, and her services as a chef for small catered events such as yoga and health retreats.

Kelly became interested in health and wellness through her own journey with debilitating joint issues. When science failed her, she made changes to her diet and lifestyle, looking for natural alternatives to overcome these challenges. She was so astonished by the results, she decided to retrain as a therapeutic chef to be able to help others facing similar obstacles. She juggles her work with a busy family life while trying to prioritise ‘me-time’ to pursue other elements of wellbeing such as meditation and exercise.
